Aaaah. ‘Camp A Low Hum’ two weekends ago in Homedale. Indie music on an old school campground. The bands aren’t announced until you show up. How much fun was this. How much fun. How great. I am ruint for other music festivals, I say! When am I ever again going to be out in the middle of nowhere in the beautiful green bush in NEW ZEALAND listening to awesome music from bands I don’t know.. and also I can be really close to the stage, and no one is stepping on my toes or spilling beer on me or shoving me into the railing or saying, “Sorry,” and proceeding to push in front of me. How am I going to go back to the states when this kind of crazy greatness is exploding my mind?
Another mind explosion aide hrrre from Yale graphic design student Ely Kim, in the form of 100 dances, 100 days, 100 songs I probably really enjoy.
